Maricarmen Morales, M.D., D.S. has been invited by numerous television programs to talk about her experience as one of the pioneers in the Dominican Republic using follicular units.
 She has also been invited as speaker at the 2004 Dermatology Congress that was celebrated on the Dominican Republic, with the theme Hair Trasplant: Past, Present and Future.
In March 2006 she attended the Live Surgery Workshop, one of the most important Symposiums in the world, on which she performed hair transplants for teaching purposes, and in which she was selected to perform surgery procedures, contributing to the advancements to be made in this field.
 Maricarmen Morales, M.D., D.S., was the Coordinator of the 2006 CILAD Dominican International Cosmetic Surgery Workshop and Symposium celebrated at Bávaro, Dominican Republic in June, as Speaker, with the dissertation: Androgenetic Alopecia: Medical Treatment and Hair Micro Transplant.
